Terms of Service

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Traviq platform ("Service"), operated by Drumworks ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Traviq is a corporate travel booking platform that enables businesses to search, book, and manage employee travel. The Service includes AI-powered travel assistance, flight search and booking, travel policy enforcement, expense tracking, approval workflows, and reporting tools.
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
To use the Service, your organization must register an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.
- All information you provide during registration and use of the Service is accurate and complete.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your organization's account, including actions taken by employees you invite to the platform.
- You will not use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Booking Terms
Flight and hotel bookings made through Traviq are facilitated via TravClan, a third-party travel technology provider. All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, and fare rules of the respective airline(s) or hotel(s).
- Traviq acts as a technology intermediary and is not the provider of air transportation services.
- Availability and pricing are determined by airlines and may change at any time before booking confirmation.
- You acknowledge that booking confirmations are subject to airline acceptance and ticketing.
- Schedule changes, delays, and cancellations by airlines are governed by the respective airline's policies.
5. Payment Terms
Traviq operates on a per-booking fee model. There is no recurring subscription required.
- A platform fee is charged for each booking processed through the Service, in addition to the fare and taxes set by the airline.
- Payment is processed at the time of booking via our payment partners (Razorpay and/or Stripe).
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in these Terms.
- You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction related to your use of the Service.
6. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellations and refunds for flight bookings are governed by the fare rules of the respective airline.
- If the airline permits cancellation or modification, you may initiate such requests through the Traviq dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Any cancellation or change fees imposed by the airline will be passed through to you.
- Traviq's platform fee for a completed booking is non-refundable, even if the underlying flight is cancelled or refunded by the airline.
- Refund timelines depend on the airline and payment provider and are typically 5–14 business days.
7. Data Usage
To provide the Service, we collect and store certain data including but not limited to booking records, traveler preferences, company travel policies, and usage analytics. Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and the underlying technology, are the exclusive property of Drumworks or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- Traviq and Drumworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by airlines, airports, or other third parties.
- Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Traviq in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
- The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time:
- You may close your account by contacting [email protected].
- We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to make required payments, or engage in conduct that we reasonably determine may harm the Service or other users.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any outstanding booking obligations or payment liabilities survive termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
